Considering how borderline pointless some bills being filed in the Congress recently are, it's no wonder a lot of Pinoy netizens thought this satire is for real.
Quoting So What's News - where it all started, After proposing House Bill 5316 or the [Anti-Planking Act of 2011], the lawmaker is proposing House Bill 5379 or the Anti-Angry Birds Bill. Because - sadly - it now doesn't seem to be all too far-fetched, quite a number of Pinoy tweeps fell for the joke and altogether made 'Anti-Angry Birds Bill' a bonafide trending topic on Twitter with a massive volume of tweets criticizing it: Meanwhile, the same keyword has just achieved top trending status on Yahoo Search Philippines: Oh well. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I've played with it and I have to tell you, it deserves the 3D suffix.
LG Optimus 3D P920, in the flesh! The coolest thing about LG Optimus 3D isn't so much its svelte case, its massive screen, its Android operating system nor its dual core processor (though, I have to admit all those features are really cool too), for me, it's the fact that this smartphone - get this - can capture and playback true 3D photos and videos. Yep, I think that's what puts it above all other dual core Android phones in the market today. 3D capture is made possible by the handset's stereoscopic dual cameras at the back, which is probably the first in the world. 3D playback, on the other hand, is achieved via LG Optimus 3D's unique 3D LCD display, which doesn't require viewers to use those glasses or to connect the phone to a 3D TV just to 'see' the phone's 3D photos, games and videos . Unless a smartphone has this specific screen technology, it would be impossible for it to play 3D content. I was totally blown away when I first saw actual 3D videos and photos on LG Optimus 3D's screen. I really couldn't believe my eyes. LG Optimus 3D is now out in the Philippines. For Php 29,990, you can rest assured that you can capture life in 3D wherever you go and enjoy the benefits of dual-core-powered Android smartphone right in your pocket. In true TechPinas tradition, here are the complete technical specifications of LG Optimus 3D:
