The Finnish company describes Nokia 701 as the "brightest smartphone that incorporates the world's brightest ever mobile phone display based on a 3.5-inch ClearBlack display that makes it perfect for indoor and outdoor use. It also has active noise cancellation for the clearest sound quality."

Based on the popular Fashionista Phone Nokia C7 design, Nokia 701 also has a 1GHz processor, 8 MegaPixel full focus camera with dual LED flash and 2x digital zoom, 2nd front-facing camera, 720p HD video capture, and comes with 8GB of internal memory.

With Symbian Belle powering Nokia 701, expect to see more homescreens - a total of 6, providing more room to display applications and services, while providing perhpas the most competitive, seamless and intuitive Symbian experience so far.

Nokia 701 comes with SRP of Php 15,990 in the Philippines. It comes in three colors: Light Silver, Steel Black and Amethyst Violet.
