Globe BlackBerry Plans Free Phones List - UnliSurf Combo Units

I've been receiving a lot of inquiries lately about the free handsets bundled with Globe BlackBerry Plans -- thanks perhaps to those cool new TVCs.

Well, last Thursday, I got this flyer from Globe Store in Greenbelt showing the latest set of BlackBerry handsets bundled for free with the network's BlackBerry UnliSurf Combo Plans. Here you go:


OK. So just to answer a few questions I got in the TP Mailbox:

1. Is Globe already offering free BB7 handsets? Yes, BlackBerry Curve 9360 runs BlackBerry 7 OS.
2. Which plan is ideal for students? If your parents are cool with you getting a plan, check out Plan 999. What I like about it is that you get Php 400 consumable for texts and calls, which you'll need - of course - on top of BlackBerry Social services.
3. I'm torn between 8520 and 9300, what's the biggest difference between the two? 9300 supports 3G; 8520 does not. They are almost similar in other aspects.
4. Which Plan is most sulit? It depends on what you need, really. Note that you don't get a consumable amount with Plan 599.
5. How and where do I apply for a Globe UnliSurf BlackBerry Plan? Just give Globe a ring first at (02) 7301010. They'll let you know how you can go about it.

Ateneo College Entrance Test Results ACET 2012 - 2013 School Year, Out Online Now!

This has become another yearly TP Tradition, really; My small way of congratulating and welcoming the new Ateneans.

Right on schedule, Ateneo de Manila University today released the results of Ateneo College Entrance Test for School Year 2012 - 2013 online -- for those who won't be able to check the printed results posted in front of the Blue Eagle Gym. I know you're already anxious to see if you passed so without further ado, here's the link to the official ACET results page.

Congratulations to everyone who passed! And an even bigger congratulations to those who will choose Ateneo. As early as now, I'd like to welcome you to the Ateneo community! Ateneo holds a very special place in my heart as I spent some of the best years of my life in that university. I hope you find your stay at the Ateneo meaningful and life-changing.
